OWNER'S ENGINEER VALUE

The role of Owner’s Engineer (OE) is to act as an independent advocate of the Owner to bridge the technical and commercial gaps between the Owner’s team and the general contractor for capital projects.

 

The OE plays a critical role by proactively overseeing the overall project and focusing in potential risks and opportunities to avoid design errors, keep the project on schedule, and minimize Owner’s contingency expenditures.
